With recent revelations about Cameron failing to properly declare three domestic flights laid on by donors, this seemed to be sailing a little bit close to the wind.
But never mind that discrepancy. Boris was there to sell his green credentials and paint his vision for a greener London. So what was it?
He made it clear that he was against an expansion of Heathrow and that he had the perfect alternative:
Build another airport in the east.
Another successful day in the re-branding of Boris then.

The only thing that is going green are the faces of the Conservatives as they realise that he might actually win this. Cam will be feeling totally sick if he ends up with this clown representing his party. Boris was always Cameron's last option and I can see why now.
I live in Medway, which is home to the Hoo peninsula where B***ard Boris wants this new Airport without any inclination on the effect of the natural wildlife there, being an area of marshland we have a lot of unique wildlife and the area is a regular spot for birds during trips south.
We've fought off an Airport there before, so we'll do it again!
So much for the all new green boris. Also what gets me is why Boris thinks being London mayor would give him the right to f**k up Kent as well.
